Our Breakfast and After School Clubs are operated by Hady Primary staff on our premises, providing wrap-around childcare.

Breakfast Club is run by Mrs Goodwin and Mrs Swinden. After School Club is run by Mrs Hunt and Mrs Clarke. Children may only attend clubs if their parents have agreed to the Club Terms and Conditions.

Bookings

Bookings for both Breakfast and After School Club must be made on Arbor.

Bookings for Breakfast Club should be made no later than midnight the day before. This will allow us to print an evacuation register and plan for our staffing ratios.  As a result, we cannot guarantee walk-in places and strongly discourage parents from bringing children to school for Breakfast Club without booking in ahead of time.  Please note that you can book regular attendance at clubs weeks in advance – you do not have to do this on a daily basis.  We will not charge for missed bookings if there are legitimate reasons, such as sudden illness, but missed bookings without good cause will incur a charge.

Bookings for After School Club must be made by 3pm the day before. All bookings will need to be made via Arbor.

Breakfast Club

• 7:15–8:45am: £7.50
• 8:00–8:45am: £5.00

After School Club

• 3:15–4:00pm: £5.00
• 3.15–5.15pm: £7.00 (including a light tea served at 4.30pm)
• 3.15–6.00pm: £10.00 (including a light tea served at 4.30pm)

After-school Activities and Wraparound Care

If your child attends an after-school activity (e.g. football), they may still attend wraparound care afterwards at the following rates, please ensure you choose the correct timings when booking on Arbor:

• 4:15–5:15pm: £5.00 (including a light tea served at 4.30pm)
• 4:15–6:00pm: £7.00 (including a light tea served at 4.30pm)

We've set up a mobile number for those unexpected delays at pick-up time. If you're running late for After School Club, you can now reach our staff directly at 07346702248. This phone will only be available from 4pm till 6pm and will be switched off during the day. If you need to notify us of anything prior to 4pm, please telephone the school office.
